We may quote charges on this website in currencies including: New Zealand dollars (which are quoted inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST)), U.S. dollars, Australian dollars and from time to time other currencies.

We reserve the right to vary the charges quoted on this website from time to time without further communication.
Under New Zealand law 12.5% GST is payable in respect of the services to the extent they are provided in New Zealand.

No GST is payable for services supplied directly overseas.


When services are deemed to have been provided in a country other than New Zealand, all duties, tariffs and taxes, and other similar charges imposed by any competent body of that country are your responsibility. You agree to keep us indemnified and protected against any liability.

Compensation and liability

We exclude all liability we may have to you in respect of any service we may provide. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of the following:

  • Any company owned by us.
  • Anyone else who is requested by us or by any company owned by us to perform a service at your request.

In our procedures governing collection, storage and disclosure of information about you, we comply with New Zealand's Privacy Act 1993. Our procedures are detailed in our privacy statement. We have security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.

The CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust respects your privacy and complies with New Zealand privacy law, specifically the New Zealand Privacy Act 1983

We will not disclose your personal information in any way to others, except to allow access to users that you have specifically authorised to access your information, and to persons directly engaged or employed by us as necessary to maintain this website. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, by amending this page.

Personal information we collect on measureme.com public web pages

The only personal information collected about users of catwalk.org.nz web pages is the following:

  • Session cookies and IP addresses.
  • Emails from you.
  • Subscription information.

 

Session cookies and IP addresses

catwalk.org.nz uses session cookies while the user is logged on to accumulate general website usage only. No personal information is stored in the cookie, except a unique number to identify the user for the duration of their session.


When you close your browser, the session cookie set by this website is destroyed. CatWalk does not retain any personal information that could identify you on another visit to our website.


We capture and store site visitors' IP addresses solely for purposes of monitoring site traffic.

Emails from you

If you choose to contact us by email or by using any form on www.catwalk.org.nz, we may store your email for either or both the purposes of preparing a reply, or accumulating feedback about the site in order to improve our service.

Subscription information

If you choose to subscribe to www.catwalk.org.nz, for yourself or for someone else, we will collect the personal contact information requested on our subscription form.


This contact information will be used and stored solely for the purposes of account subscription, payment, maintenance and pre-expiry re-subscription reminders.

Contribution to medical knowledge and public information

As part of our commitment to growing medical and public knowledge about effective weight and growth management, we may from time to time:

  • Collect generalised statistics.
  • Offer opportunities to site visitors to participate in research.

In all such cases, information will be gathered, aggregated and presented so that no individual could be identified as being associated with the material.

Navigating the site without a mouse:
This site is structured for easy site wide navigation using the keyboard. Once within the site you can use the TAB key to go from link to link. Here is the order of the links you'll find as you tab through the site.

  1. Jump to the main navigation bar.
  2. Jump to the secondary navigation for the section of the site you are in.
  3. Jump to the content of the page.
  4. Jump to the links for help with the site.
  5. Link to the home page.
  6. Thereafter the Tab key will cycle through the main navigation: Links to About Us, SCI Information, Research Grants, Events, News, Media, How You Can Help and the Search page.
  7. Then the Tab key will take you through the secondary navigation, and then to links within the page content.
