All donations go directly towards the CatWalk goal of finding a cure for SCI by supporting cutting edge research. All applications for our grants must go through a rigorous screening process, with the assistance of the Neurological Foundation so you can be assured that the absolute best projects are supported. CatWalk's funding is to assist researchers in their quest for a cure to get people out of wheelchairs and back on their feet.
The CatWalk SCI Trust is a New Zealand registered charitable Trust incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. Our registration number with the Charities Commission is CC27170.

If you are making a donation to The CatWalk Trust, you can claim a tax credit for each receipted donation of $5 or more. Tax credits can be claimed via the Inland Revenue Department, by individuals (not companies, trusts or partnerships) who earned taxable income in the period they are claiming for, and were in New Zealand at any time during the tax year (including non-residents).
